To provide a high performance turbine further reducing leakage flow rate.
The turbine 1 includes a blade 50; and a structure 11 rotated relative to the blade 50 through a clearance on the front end side of the blade 50. One of a front end portion 51 of the blade 11 and a portion of the structure 11 corresponding to the front end portion 51 includes a step section 52 having a step surface 53 and protruding to the other. The other includes a seal fin 15 protruding with respect to the step section 52. A cavity C is disposed between the front end portion 51 of the blade 50 and the portion of the structure 11. The cavity is formed between the seal fin 15 and a partition opposed to the seal fin 15 on the upstream side in a rotation axis direction of the structure 11. The seal fin 15 includes a fin body 16 forming a micro clearance H between itself and the step section 52; and a space restriction section 17 which restricts the space of the micro clearance 17 on the upstream side in the rotation axis direction, and forms a small cavity 18 between the cavity C and the micro clearance H.
