Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize and stabilize a turn table and to make a manufacturing cost low by separately constituting a product taking-out part and a die opening part needing long stroke to the turn table.
CONSTITUTION: On the turn table 4, four sets of the suction casting machines S are radially arranged and the turn table is intermittently and horizontally rotated among A, B, C and D stations shown in the figure. A product taking-out device U is arranged at the outside of the product taking-out station D and a die opening device T is arranged at the top part of a gantry frame 8. Further, as a common holding furnace 9 is used to each casting machine, there are effects, which the supplement and the control of molten metal are made to the min.
