PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning-limited machine of a bicycle handle (together with a front wheel) for limiting and stopping excessive turning of the front wheel, and reducing the probability of fall in which, when pushing a bicycle by hands and getting therefrom, the handle (together with a front wheel) is turned larger than a right angle due to the deviation of centroid between a rider and a bicycle body, and the bicycle often takes the diagonal reverse orientation and falls down by the contact and wind pressure after the bicycle is parked, and it is hardship to raise up the fallen bicycle because the bicycle body has to be supported on knees and the handle has to be returned greatly with both hands.SOLUTION: A crown portion is formed in two ways along and astride a side surface of the crown portion of a front fork from a vertex of a front surface and a side surface part of a head tube, and only the portion is fixed and bound to limit the turning of the front wheel, and thereby a device to hold it is created. A rear face of a head tube corresponding portion of the device (turning-limited machine) is formed into a wall pillar shape. The wall pillar-shaped portion comes into contact with top and bottom tubes (pipes), and its turning is blocked and limited.
