Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device in which a clean space is not contaminated by abraded power and the like generated in a bearing part.
CONSTITUTION: The lower faces of permanent magnets 2, 2 fixed in a turntable main device 1 are opposed to the upper faces of superconductive conductor fixed in a fixed housing 3 via a partition plate 15 constituting a sealed device 14. When liquefied nitrogen is passed through the inside of a cooling jacket 11, the superconductive conductors 8, 8 are cooled down. A rotor 23 is arranged in the lower face central part of the turntable main body 1, while a stator 25 is arranged in the upper face central part, of the fixed housing 3, and consequently, a motor 26 is constructed.
