PURPOSE: To incline a casting ladle to horizontal plane and to accurately control flow rates from both pouring holes by providing a tilting device to one side of supporting shaft for the casting ladle having one pair of molten metal tapping holes to one pair of pouring spouts parallel arranged and an inclining device for vertical swinging the casting ladle to the other side of supporting shaft.
CONSTITUTION: The pouring spouts 4a, 4b are inserted into a mold and the casting ladle 2 is tilted with the tilting device 7 to pour the molten metal into the pouring spouts 4a, 4b from both molten metal tapping holes 3a, 3b. Then, when the difference between thicknesses or weights in one pair of product pipes develops, the casting ladle is inclined while using a universal coupling 6 as a supporting point so that axial center of the supporting shafts 5a, 5b inclines to the horizontal plane with the inclining device 9 and the flowing rate of the molten metal in one side of the pouring holes is reduced to adjust so that the flowed molten metal rates from both pouring holes 3a, 3b maintain balance. This balance is executed by giving the casting ladle 2 the shift of a screw jack through a swinging arm.
