Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for manufacturing a composite component in a resin injection process without using expensive preform or tool.SOLUTION: A technology includes a system and a method of manufacturing a component skeleton cover printed by 3D printing using a permeable film and a composite component for injecting a resin, and a resin injection system including a mandrel provided with a component receiving zone for receiving a printed component skeleton and a resin receiving zone for receiving a supplied resin adjacent to the component receiving zone, and a resin injection system provided with a bagging film for generating an envelope surrounding these receiving zones. A technology in which the permeable peel film is porous and is made of a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, and the resin can flow to the component skeleton through the permeable peel film. A technology for manufacturing a composite component having a complicated structure without using a complicated tooling.SELECTED DRAWING: None
