PURPOSE: To manufacture a coated product with good appearance, without generating pinholes even on a porous resin and without coating defects, by applying the first color coating by means of the wet-on-wet method after primer coating, cold curing in the amine vapor, and then applying the second coating.

CONSTITUTION: A primer and the first color coating, both amine-curing type, are applied by means of the wet-on-wet method, and the film is cold cured by amine vapor. Then, a baking type top coating of the second color is applied after a required section is covered with a masking material, which is heat cured, and the masking material is peeled off. The coating material of the first color is applied by means of the wet-on-wet method after the primer is applied, and the first color film can be cured without exposing to the high temperature because of cold curing in the amine vapor, and a good product without generating pinholes on the film even when a resin component is a porous resin such as urethane or the like and without coating defects.
