To provide a two-component polyurethane composition, that is excellent in stain resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance, by combining a polyisocyanate composition as a curing agent, that shows neither clouding nor phase separation, even when the content of a low polarity organic solvent and of a silicate compound is high, and a polyol composition as a main agent.

The two-component polyurethane composition comprises, as essential components, (A) a polyisocyanate composition as a curing agent, that is made from at least one sort of diisocyanate, selected from an aliphatic diisocyanate and an alicyclic diisocyanate, and 1-20C monohydric alcohol, and that contains a polyisocyanate compound whose mol ratio of an allophanate group/an isocyanurate group is from 90/10 to 70/30, and (B) a polyol composition as a main agent containing at least one polyol selected from an acrylic polyol, polyester polyol, and polyether polyol.
