Abstract:
To provide a two-layer flexible copper-clad laminated sheet capable of exhibiting stably high flexibility, and a method for manufacturing it.
In the method for manufacturing the two-layer flexible copper-clad laminated sheet by stacking a substrate resin and a copper foil, the copper foil is heated up to 200C for 4 seconds or more, and when it is held at 200C for 30 minutes and then, cooled to room temperature, X-ray diffraction intensity ratio I/I0 of (200) face measured at room temperature is 40, and the copper foil and the substrate resin are stacked and heated at 300C or higher and by elevating the temperature to the highest temperature for 5 seconds or longer.
