PURPOSE: To adjust a controlled change variable so that a manipulated variable change comes into a minimum holding state in a time period under control by calculating a second model based on the absolute value of the deviation of a controlled variable from a target value for a prescribed time period, which is calculated from a first model, by using two linear plan models.
CONSTITUTION: In a step 1 (S1), the phase I linear plan model is expressed by a target function, a restriction condition and a boundary, and the model is generated in S2. In S3, the phase II linear model is generated. In S7, the phase I linear model is solved and the absolute value change of the manipulated variables from the respective manipulated variables is calculated for the prescribed time interval. In S8, prescribed quantity of dynamic restriction conditions calculated from the absolute value are incorporated in the phase II linear plan model. In S9, the phase II linear plan model is solved together with the dynamic restriction condition. Thus, the controlled variable can be adjusted in the state where the manipulated variable change can be held to a minimum for prescribed time under control.
