Abstract:
To prepare a W/O-type emulsion cosmetic having good spreadability, low stickiness and refreshing excellent usability and exhibiting excellent aging stability in spite of the use of a large amount of a water phase component.
This W/O-type emulsion composition contains (A) 0.1-5 wt.% oleophilic polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone, (B) 0.02-5 wt.% silicone polymer having three-dimensional crosslinking structure, (C) 0.5-16.88 wt.% silicone oil and (D) 83-95 wt.% water-phase component.
