Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an opening/closing type film roof structure for curing, by which a roof can be easily opened and closed in a simple structure and materials can be carried in and out efficiently.
CONSTITUTION: A film material 4 which is rotatably disposed on one strut 2 and stretched between support beams radially extended with upward inclination is spread like a substantially inverted umbrella and taken as one roof unit 5. Plural units 5 are installed to form a roof for curing. The umbrella-like spread area of the film material 4 is changed by the substantially fan-like rotation of the respective support beams 3 and the elongation and contraction of at least one support beam 2. The roof is formed as the film material 4 made by fiber cloth or the like to which resin coating is applied so as to reduce the weight. The film material 4 is spread to form a simple inverted umbrella structure without large roof frame so as to be supported by one strut 2 and avoid interference with the building structure. Furthermore, the roof film material is easily opened and closed by the respective support beams 3 extended from the strut so as to smooth carrying in and out of materials.
