Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a mixture good in fluidity, capable of starting the use in a short time even after the execution, scarcely causing crazing and suitable for preventing global environment warming by compounding an aggregate comprising a rubber- and resin-reinforced high-viscosity asphalt emulsion, an ultra quick hardening low-shrinkage type cement and hornfels. SOLUTION: This mixture is obtained by compounding an aggregate comprising a rubber- and resin-reinforced high-viscosity asphalt emulsion, an ultra quick hardening low-shrinkage type cement and hornfels. The amounts of the respective components of the aggregate used based on 100 pts.wt. of the aggregate are 2-10 pts.wt. of the cement and 5-17 pts.wt. of the emulsion. A method for producing the emulsion mixture is to mix the cement with the aggregate for 30-60 s, then add the emulsion to the resultant mixture and mix the obtained mixture for 30-60 s as a method for producing the emulsion mixture. Since the cement and the emulsion are highly reactive in the method, the cement is preferably sufficiently mixed before charging the emulsion in order to improve the dispersibility of the cement. A diabasic hornfels, etc., subjected to the particle size control are used as the aggregate.
