A circular slot column 11, from which the electric field strength of leaked electromagnetic waves is nearly constant regardless of high or low operation frequency and a zigzagged slot column 12, the electric field strength of a leaked electromagnetic wave which is nearly constant at the frequency band of a low operation frequency and the electric field strength of a leaked electromagnetic wave which increases as the operating frequency increases for a frequency band of high operating frequency are formed to the outer conductor 4 of an ultra-wide band leakage coaxial cable.
