Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase collecting efficiency by passing a suspended particle excited by ultrasonic wave through the inside of a narrow passage in a hallow duct tube to easily deposit the suspended particle even when the number of the suspended particle in a gas is small.
SOLUTION: When ultrasonic wave is emitted from a vibration diaphragm 1 driven by a super high wave vibration transducer 3, a fluid flowing in the periphery and the suspended particle contained therein are also excited. Then at the time of passing through the vicinity of the vibration diaphragm 1, that is, each hollow pipe of front and rear filter units 15, which are provided in the front and rear deposition zone, the suspended particle is deposited and collected by colliding with the inside wall surface of each hollow pipe. By collecting the suspended particle in this way, excellent collection efficiency is exhibited particularly to the air flow having a small quantity of the suspended particle in the gas, that is, to the air flow having low dust concentration.
