To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of easily retrieving image data, and to provide an ultrasonic image processor.
The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: an imaging part 4 for scanning a subject P with ultrasonic wave, and generating the image data, based on a reception signal obtained by the scanning; an image data storage part 51 for preserving the image data generated in the imaging part 4; a thumbnail data processing part 52 for generating the thumbnail data or magnified thumbnail data of the image data preserved in the image data storage part 51; and a display part 53 for displaying the image data from the imaging part 4 and the thumbnail data or magnified thumbnail data from the thumbnail data processing part 52. When the image data generated in the imaging part 4 is preserved in the image data storage part 51, the thumbnail data or magnified thumbnail data of the preserved image data is displayed in the display part 53, on the basis of a preliminary set display condition.
