To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an image processor, capable of improving the efficiency in image diagnosis utilizing the wall motion analysis.
An image generating part 25 generates ultrasonic image data on the shape of the heart within the body of a subject based on echo signals from an ultrasonic probe 11. The image generating part 25 also generates motion information analysis image data on wall motion parameters of the heart based on the echo signals from the ultrasonic probe 11. A display part 29 displays the colored motion information analysis image superposed on the ultrasonic image. An input part 31 inputs the correction operation to the cardiac muscle contour on the color-displayed motion information analysis image according to a command from a user. A display control part 27 deletes the color display of a cardiac muscular region when the correction operation is input, or changes the transmittance of the color display from a first transmittance to a second transmittance higher than the first transmittance.
