Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment capable of identifying a time phase of a heart of a fetus as correctly as possible.SOLUTION: A sample gate for Doppler information observation is set in a three-dimensional space containing a heart of a fetus. Doppler information is acquired from the sample gate by transmission and reception of ultrasound, and then the Doppler information is subjected to frequency analysis for generating a Doppler waveform 78. A scanning surface which crosses a heart of the fetus is set and a tissue display frame row (B-mode tomographic image) is created from the scanning surface by transmission and reception of ultrasound to and from the scanning surface. By analyzing the tissue display frame row, a motion graph 76 indicating motion of the heart of the fetus is created. The motion graph 76 and the Doppler waveform 78 are displayed side by side with their time bases aligned with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
