The ultrasonic flow rate measuring device is equipped with a correlation calculating section 31 which executes a correlation calculation between a first time reception waveform f1 which is transmitted from an ultrasonic probe 21A on the upstream side and received by an ultrasonic probe 21B on the downstream side, and a second time receiving waveform f2 used as a comparison waveform, and further executes correlation calculation between the first time receiving waveform f1 which is transmitted from the ultrasonic probe 21B on the downstream side and received by the ultrasonic probe 21A on the upstream side, and the second time receiving waveform f2 used as the comparison waveform. A decision section 32 derives the arrival the timings Δt+, Δt- required for calculating arrival the times t+, t-, based on the result of calculations executed by the correlation calculating section 31.
