Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic inspection device for a welded zone capable of improving measurement accuracy of the length of an unwelded portion of the welded zone.SOLUTION: The present invention includes an ultrasonic probe 200 that performs ultrasonic flaw detection on an object to be inspected having a welded metal zone 3 in which a structural material A1 and a structural material B2 are joined by welding. A flaw detection aid 300 is attached to the surface of the welded metal zone 3. The flaw detection aid 300 includes a reflecting member 303 that reflects ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic probe 200, and a coupling material 301 is provided between the reflecting member 303 and the welded metal zone 3. In addition, the flaw detection aid 300 includes a delay member 302 that propagates ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic probe 200, and the delay member 302 is provided between the coupling material 301 and the reflecting member 303.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
