Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow a machining tool to endure machining for a long period by fixing ceramic abrasive grains or a ceramic stone with the size related to the size of the tip of the machining tool to the tip to be faced to a work.
CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic machining tool 3 is formed into a tapered shape. The size 1mm or above of its tip is secured. Abrasive grains with the grain size 80μm or above or a ceramic stone with the size 1/2-1 time the size of the tip is fixed to the tip section. The tool life of the ultrasonic machining tool 3 for ultrasonic machining is extended, the exchanging time of the tool 3 is reduced, and the machining efficiency is sharply improved.
