To provide a probe or the like capable of performing simultaneously inspection on each plane position of portions having different depth, namely, a surface layer part and a middle part or a deep part.
This probe has: a transmitter 11 and a receiver 12 of an ultrasonic wave; and intermediate bodies 11c, 12c intervening between the transmitter and the receiver and a test body, for changing a propagation route of the ultrasonic wave. The transmitters and the receivers and/or the intermediate bodies are provided plurally, to thereby form a plurality of propagation routes of the ultrasonic wave. Inspection object parts Fa, Fb of each propagation route are positioned at each different depth in the aligned state on an inspection part center line FL relative to the depth direction, and set on a surface layer part and a middle part or a deep part of the test body. A wedge by which each mounting angle of the plurality of transmitters and the plurality of receivers is differentiated may be used for the intermediate bodies 11c, 12c. The intermediate bodies may be constituted of a plurality of acoustic lens.
