Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic three-dimensionally scanning probe of a simple constitution capable of monitoring a three-dimensional image of an object to be measured ahead of a narrow gap via the gap by electronically scanning.
An end face 10 of the three-dimensionally scanning probe 9 is formed in a recess spherical surface-like state. A plurality of ultrasonic transducers 11 are arranged on the end face of the probe so as to be able to irradiate a conical region forward of a center of curvature as an intersection with a transmitted ultrasonic beam.
