To provide an Ume waste liquid disposal system which prevents environmental pollution caused by directly discarding Ume vinegar waste liquid and Ume seasoning waste liquid discharged from production processes of a pickled Ume, enables the powdering of the waste liquids, and enables the direct discharge of distillate of low BOD and COD, usable as various healthy drinks and foods, cosmetics, and the like.
An Ume waste liquid treatment plant comprises an Ume waste liquid concentration line for feeding the prescribe amount of Ume waste liquid to a vacuum distillation device to distil it under reduced pressure and then liquefying distilled mist with a heat exchanger to separate it into 60-80% distillate and 20-40% residue, and an Ume waste liquid powdering line for feeding the prescribed amount of the residue to a powdering device of the patent No.2021005 and then liquefying the distilled mist with a heat exchanger to powder it.
