Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unchucking system capable of easily unchucking an end mill chucked on a head end of an adapter by shrink fitting or press fitting by simple operation and to reduce cost of it.
SOLUTION: A push bar member 121 of a jig 12 for unchucking is inserted into a hole 116 of an adapter 11 chucking an end mill 10 from the rear end side of the adapter 11, when a male screw part 122 of the jig 12 for unchucking is screwed into a female screw part 117 of the hole 116, the push bar member 121 is relatively propelled in a direction of the end mill 10, and as a head end of the push bar member 121 pressurizes a taper shank part 103 of the end mill 10 in a direction to slip out from the taper hole 113, the end mill 10 is unchucked.
