The cleaning device is equipped with a under floor part cleaning mechanism 6 which can control spraying and stopping of mixed water W' of cleaning water W and compressed air K to the under floor part 3 of rails 2, 2, the part between rails 2, 2 and the right and left external parts 4, 4', under floor part side surface cleaning mechanisms 8, 8, an air barrier spraying mechanism part 11 which can blow out air K1 to the front stage or rear stage of a cleaning water spraying nozzle 5, an under floor part brush cleaning mechanism 13, a finishing water spraying mechanism 15 which is provided at the rear stage to be able to spray cleaning water having high degree of purification, and a drying mechanism part 19, can blow out hot wind 16 to continuously perform washing and drying of the under floor U of the vehicle 1 to be cleaned.
