This uniaxially oriented material 1 is formed by laminating an adhesive layer (II) 3 having a lower melting point than that of the thermoplastic resin of a resin layer (I) 2 and containing specific composition on at least one side surface of the layer (I) 2. The laminate, nonwoven fabric or woven fabric is obtained by laminating a plurality of the materials 1 via the layers (II) 3 with each other. The reinforcing laminate is obtained by laminating the laminate, nonwoven fabric or woven fabric on a base material.
