The uninterruptible power device equipped with the rectifier comprises a differential voltage operation means 103 that operates the differential voltage of the charge voltage of a capacitor relative to a target voltage; a voltage compensation means 104 that outputs a current command that decreases the differential voltage; a pulse generation circuit 76 that generates a wide-width pulse formed in such a manner that the larger the current command is, the wider the width of the pulse is; and switching elements 62, 64 that are connected between input terminals 1, 2 and the capacitors 11, 12, and switched to on-states when the pulse receives an input.
