Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building allowing firm attachment of an eaves to a stair unit.SOLUTION: A unit building 10 is formed by connecting multiple building units having frameworks formed by beam materials and column materials, and comprises a first unit group having multiple building units connected, a second unit group having multiple building units installed with a space from the first unit group and connected, and a stair unit 1 having a stair part installed between the first unit group and the second unit group. In the stair unit, an opening is provided on an entrance wall 16 of an end part, and an eaves 3 is arranged above the opening. A column fixing part 311 being a lower face of the eaves is connected to an upper end face 111 of a column 11 of the stair unit, and a floor fixing part 312 of an end part of an eaves root side of the eaves is connected to a side face part 181 of an upper story floor 18 of the stair unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
