CONSTITUTION: Motor 15 is driven to rotate the pivot 12 and the round-edged cutter 13 and a cuttlefish is placed on the upper surface of the incising plate 20 on the belt 6. At this time, the cuttlefish is placed at an angle to the axis direction of the pivot 12 and conveyed toward the pressing roller 18. The cuttlefish is sent to the cutter 13, as being pressed with the roller 18, and incised. The cutter is rotated faster than the belt conveying. Then, the incised cuttlefish is incised again so that the latter incisions cross the formers at a right angle.
