In a unit store system, a plurality of unitized unit stores 10 (10A-10E) are disposed in a parking lot 1 which is installed in the vicinity of roads 2 extended in two directions; the unit stores 10 are disposed along a connecting road section of the parking lot 1; and the adjacent unit stores 10 and 10 are connected together via a turnable connecting section.
