PURPOSE: To enable to load and unload a bulk cargo even in a freight vessel by supporting a rotary conveyor, a vertical conveyor, and a carry-out conveyor to be rotatable by a frame hoisted by a hooked crane on board.

CONSTITUTION: For unloading a bulk cargo from a hatch 2, a frame 9 and a shoot 32 are hoisted by a crane 5 to be moved and positioned. The top of a vertical conveyor 9 is turned to penetrate into a bulk cargo 21, which is conveyed upward and dropped onto a rotary conveyor 24 via a shoot 22. This vertical conveyor 9 and a casing 10 can be directed to take the bulk cargo easily by the operation of a motor, but the bulk cargo issued from the shoot 22 can drop onto the rotary conveyor 24 without reference to their direction. The bulk cargo is then transferred onto a carry-out conveyor 28 by a scrape-up plate 27, and conveyed to the shoot 32 to be carried out to the outside of the vessel. This construction permits to load and unload the bulk cargo even in a freight vessel for hook loading.
