Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oolong tea beverage combining a sense obtainable by the conventional oolong tea beverage and a sense obtainable by the conventional jasmine tea beverage and further excellent in its maintainability, a method for producing the oolong tea beverage, and a method for improving the maintainability of a sense that a fat feeling is reduced or the like.SOLUTION: Provided is an oolong tea beverage drunk at least either in the diet or after the diet, sensitizing a feeling increasing a feeling of reducing a fat feeling and a sense of increasing a fresh feeling, and further increasing the maintainability of these feelings, and comprising: linalool of 0.2 mg/L or higher in a content; and methyl salicylate of 0.015 mg/L or higher in a content.SELECTED DRAWING: None
