Abstract:
To provide a gate type car washing machine in which an upper surface brush follows and comes into contact with an upper surface of a vehicle body while contact surface pressure relative to irregularities of the upper surface of the vehicle body is consistently maintained to be appropriate so as to uniform a cleaning process.
An inertia moment of an upper surface brush assembly TB which is provided by a swing arm 10 swingably located on a gate type car washing machine body 1, an upper surface brush 16 located on both free end portions thereof, and a balance weight 19 is set to be approximately minimized. Accordingly, a weight W1 of the upper surface brush 16 is approximately equal to a weight W2 of the balance weight 19.
