Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a brick rich in a used brick-tone antique appearance of a concrete or a mortar.
SOLUTION: After lumps of colored ready-mixed concretes having a plurality of colors, which are colored in respective color tones such as a yellow-based color tone, a braun-based color tone and the like by adding inorganic pigments are put in a form blocked by a used brick so as to realize a motley arrangement in a plurality of colors, a vibration is applied to this form. As a result, the boundary portion between a plurality of the colors is adjusted into a stepless color tone. After the concretes are cured, a brick A rich in antique look due to local omission and color tone is formed.
