To provide a user interface device, a user interface system and a program for user interface which correctly detect a position and a form of an indication body in a camera image.SOLUTION: A user interface device 10A for specifying an indication by identifying the form of an indication body on the basis of a camera image obtained by imaging the indication body that changes its form according to the indication comprises: a detection unit which searches the image obtained by binarizing a camera image in at least two different oblique directions in order to detect an end of an object included in the camera image; an image cut-out unit 12 which cuts out a partial image from the camera image on the basis of the detected end; a selection unit which selects the partial image indicating that the indication body is in the form before the instruction and the partial image indicating that the indication body is in the form of the instruction when the partial image is the partial image obtained by imaging the indication body as the object; and an information generation unit which generates information indicating that the indication body is in the form before the instruction or in the form of the instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
