PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely determine a relationship between users.SOLUTION: A user management system comprises: a query extraction unit which extracts a query from a message transmitted between a reference user and a partner user; a search unit which acquires additional information corresponding to the query by searching a predetermined database; a generation unit which generates user information indicating a degree of sympathy between the reference user and the partner user for the additional information, on the basis of a transmission direction of the message and the additional information; and a storage unit which stores the user information in a storage unit.
