Abstract:
To provide a vacuum cleaner which achieves charging means of a secondary battery with a simple structure in the vacuum cleaner having the secondary battery as the power source, and is suppressed in a charging time.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner body includes: an electric blower; a secondary battery for supplying electric power to the electric blower; and charging control means for controlling charging of the secondary battery. The charging control means has a constant voltage charging mode of performing charging until the voltage of the secondary battery exceeds a previously specified prescribed voltage, and a constant time charging mode of performing charging only for a previously specified time. It is possible to achieve charging means of the secondary battery with a simple structure, and suppress a charging time by performing charging in the constant voltage charging mode at a charging start time, and performing charging in the constant time charging mode after the voltage of the secondary battery exceeds a previously specified prescribed voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
