Abstract:
To provide a vacuum cleaner having a body case of a shape with high design where the loss in an air path connecting an electric blower and a separation dust collecting part is small enough and which stores the electric blower with a smaller diameter than that of the separation dust collecting part.SOLUTION: The body case of a vacuum cleaner comprises: a connection port that is fluid-connected to an outflow port of a separation dust collecting part 16; a battery storage part 26 for storing a rechargeable battery; and an electric blower storage part 25 that is provided between the connection port and the battery storage part 26 and stores an electric blower. The electric blower storage part 25 is saddle-shaped, with a third region 25c between a first region 25a and a second region 25b being narrower than the first region 25a that is linked to the separation dust collecting part 16 attached to the body case and the second region 25b that is linked to the battery storage part 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
