PURPOSE: To enable to homogenize the taste of a pickle in simple operations by combining an electrically operated vacuum pump, an electrically operated switch valve and a control means in a specific action state.
CONSTITUTION: Atmospheric air is fed into a container from an opening 35 through a communication pipe 26 to increase the pressure in the container to the atmosphere, whereby a soup is impregnated into air-removed tissues and into cellular membrane-decomposed cells. When the output of electric current from a single stabilizing multi-vibrator 45 is stopped, the operation of a relay 44 is stopped and a relay switch S is closed. The closure of the relay switch S causes the operation of a solenoid 35, the transfer of a valve 34 from the chain line position to the continuous line position and the closure of the opening 33 of a bottomed cylinder 32, whereby air in the container is again removed to evacuate the container. The operations are repeated only for a prescribed time to prepare pickles.
