Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make connection capable by simple TIG welding or the like in plant assembly execution, make wear of an edge part small and good sealability holdable even for repeated use, and enable a durable period to extend.
SOLUTION: A compound cylinder 4 is left as formed by previously connecting a hard metal ring material 4B of a stainless alloy or the like and a soft metal ring material 4a of the same quality as a vessel main unit through a connection plane 5 orthogonal to an axial center of vessel main units 2A, 2B made of soft metal of copper or aluminum alloy and the like, and cutting work of this compound cylinder 4 is performed, to form an edge part 4c into press contact with a seal material on the side of the hard metal ring material 4B, also to form welding stepped parts 4d in the vessel main units 2A, 2B on the side of the soft metal ring material 4A. After welding the vessel main units 2A, 2B to the welding stepped parts 4d connected in plant assembly execution, a gasket 6 is brought into press contact with the edge parts 4c there between, to be fastened to each other by a tightening bolt 3.
