To solve the problem wherein a conventional vaginoscope and an anoscope hardly diagnose a symptom in the early stage by influence of a small image, illumination and visual acuity of a doctor when observing with a human eye at a short distance.

A diameter of a mantle tube is not more than half of the vaginoscope at present, and a front end part is an openable-closable elliptic shape. The front end is closed when inserted into a vagina, and the front end is opened when retreating from the vagina by observation. A CCD (charge coupled device) camera moves integrally with the mantle tube for direct illumination and inner-outer mantle tubes, and can be easily operated even by a beginner without adjusting a focus of the camera and without wholly adjusting the illumination.
