Abstract:
According to the present invention, a housing (20) has: a housing body (21) having a cylindrical housing inner wall (211) that forms an interior space (200) on the inner side thereof; and an exit port(222) which connects the interior space (200) and the outside of the housing body (21) by opening the housing inner wall (211). A valve (30) has a valve body (31) rotatable around a rotational axis (Axr1) along an axis (Axn1) of the housing inner wall (211) in the interior of the interior space (200), and can open and close the exit port (222) according to the rotational location of the valve body (31). The housing inner wall (211) is formed such that the distances (Dna1) from the axis (Axn1) are different in the circumferential direction.
