Abstract:
To provide a valve which prevents ingress of a coating liquid from a slide shaft of an actuator into the actuator, and to provide an intermittent coating device using the valve.SOLUTION: A seal body 70 seals a gap between a first slide shaft 30, connected to a first slide shaft 34 which allows a first valve body 26 of a first valve 1 to slide, and a slide hole 66 of a first voice coil motor 7 and is a cylindrical body. A bellows part 88 is formed on a peripheral surface of the seal body 70 and may expand or contract in an axial direction. An upper surface 90 of the seal body 70 is closed and a through hole 72 is open at a center of the upper surface 90. The first slide shaft 30 protrudes penetrating through the through hole 72 and is fixed to the upper surface 90. A lower surface of the seal body 70 is fixed to an outer periphery part of the slide hole 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
