Abstract:
To provide a valve with which liquid is not flown into an actuator.SOLUTION: A valve comprises: a cylindrical protrusion part 94 protruding outward from a valve body 4; a VC motor 8 that expands and contracts a sliding shaft; a coupling body 6 that couples the cylindrical protrusion part 94 and the VC motor 8; a slide shaft 36 that penetrates the cylindrical protrusion part 94, protrudes into a space 20, and has a valve body 26 provided at one end thereof; a connecting member 56 that connects the other end of the slide shaft 36 and the sliding shaft in the coupling body 6; a cylindrical support part 60 housed in the inner periphery of the cylindrical protrusion part 94; a support through hole 62 that penetrates the support part 60 in an axial direction and in which the slide shaft 36 slides; a ring-shaped upper groove 82 provided on the outer periphery of one end of the support through hole 62 on the space 20 side; and a ring-shaped upper seal member 84 fitted into the upper groove 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
