A valve manifold device 4 has a connection passage for introducing fluid to a valve connection surface A-A. The manifold device 4 has a manifold connection surface B-B on another side of the valve connection surface A-A. Each connection passage for supplying fluid has first portions 10, 10' located between a passage 7 and the manifold connection surface B-B, and second portions 11, 11' located between the manifold connection surface B-B and the valve connection surface A-A. A modular body 5 is so arranged, through a connection passage 12, as to connect the first portions to the second portions, or to close the first portions by means of closing members for introducing the fluid to the first portions, or to close both first and second portions.
