Abstract:
PURPOSE:To momentarily feed a pressurized fluid and to improve a dust removing effect by providing a valve shaft with a valve body pressed to a valve seat by a spring on one end and an electromagnet driving a magnetic body fitted to the other end of the valve shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the fluid pressure of the primary side I is equal to or lower than a preset value, a valve body 4 is pressed to a valve seat 3 by a spring 2 to close a passage, but when the fluid pressure is increased to reach the preset value, an electromagnet 7 is excited by a control signal sent from a pressure sensor to pull a magnetic body 6. This atractive force together with the action of the fluid pressure separates the valve body 4 abruptly from the valve seat 3 against the pressing force of the spring 2, then the passage is opened and a large amount of fluid is momentarily fed to the secondary side. Accordingly, a powerful and explosive feed is obtained, thereby the dust removing effect is improved and also the pressurized fluid consumption is remarkably reduced.
