Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition method for an organic coating film which covers a surface of a displaying body in order to prevent staining and to provide a device therefore.
SOLUTION: A rotary driving fiber body is impregnated with a liquefied evaporating material by applying it, the fiber body is heated with a first heating means to evaporate a solvent, then the fiber body is rotated in a chamber and is heated with a second heating means to evaporate organic substances. The evaporated organic substances are vapor-deposited on a base body to execute film-coating. Then the fiber body is rotated and is impregnated with the liquefied evaporating material by applying it again to execute film-coating with the organic substances in succession.
