PURPOSE: To provide a variable interrution control system which can improve processing effciency and can rapidly respond.

CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a timer 5 managing time, a fetching means 41 fetching plural interruptions from a channel device 2 in time sequence within the fixed time managed by the timer 5, a detecting means 42 successively detecting the respective interruptions fetched by the fetching means 41, a processing means 43 processing the interruption detected by the detecting means 42 and a counting means 31 which set the number of interruptions to be processed within the fixed time, reduces the number of the interruptions at respective times of detecting an interruption with the detecting means 42 one by one and indicates to stop fetching the interruptions after this to the fetching means 41 at the point of the time of completing interruption processing for the number of the set interruptions.
