Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metering system which has an extremely simple construction, solves all of the following various problems in a prior metering system and enables metering of high accuracy and correction of quantitative metering, the prior problems including extremely low metering accuracy in spite of complex construction, large size and expensiveness, and impossibility of accurate metering and correction of quantitative metering of a source resin having different bulk densities because of impossibility of correction of a metered value.
SOLUTION: An upper intake (U.I) is formed at an upperward portion of a frame body (F) and a down vent (D.V) is formed at a downward portion of the frame (F). Hinge plate portions (H1) and (H2) of a damper of circular arc are inserted between side plates (P1) and (P2) of the frame body (F) and supported by axes (S1) and (S2) and a variable volume plate (V.P) is elastically secured to an appropriate inner position of the damper of circular arc by a securing part (S.P).
